1:33 AM

Tonight I spent some time on the amc channel watching the original planet of the apes tv show. I have to say them apes is bananas...lol ok ok but really
in the series is the notion that the more compliant and backwards and slow mankind gets, the more we open the door for a better species to take over. One day it will happen....will it be apes, or something else?
and i couldn't help but notice the link they were trying to make with the apes gaining power on earth from there oppressed rulers the whites that in slaved them before they took over the earth and how it tried to draw a parallel to slave revolutions in the early Americas, for example
in one conversation with the one ape that first learned to read on earth all the white owners were scared because if he could read and speak the same as the owners they had no power over them so they stripped his parents of there language by killing them and trying to stop them from spreading there knowledge just like the way early Europeans destroyed the ancient city's and universities in Africa and forced a whole race into bondage ......i don't want to spoil it for you but go check it out.

vitamin water hater's 5:38 PM

Recently its become a trend to smash on vitamin water.Let’s face it – water is so dull. But vitaminwater, with its kaleidoscopic pinks, peaches and violets, is like Vegas in a bottle. Its deliciose and im a runner i need water and vitamins minus the other crap....so why are its rivals in the juice industry going out of there way to give false scintific data to show that vitamin water the drink of the gods.A people say most Americans aren’t vitamin-deficient, according to Marion Nestle, a nutrition professor at New York University. A government survey in 1999 showed that the median American adult man or woman already consumes more than the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of vitamins thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6 and B12, and three-quarters of the RDA of vitamins C, B9 and A (including carotenes). In fact, vitamin E is the only surveyed vitamin Americans consume at less than half of the RDA – but it’s found in only a third of vitaminwater drinks. BUT !! vitamins are water solubal and any exsess your body just flushes out in pee...theres never been a case of overdose from vitamins ever !
vitaminwater’s parent company, Glaceau (owned by Coca-Cola) has created a perfect drink now shut up and drink hoes !

Decision 08 part1 10:19 PM

Ok so it’s that time again, time to pick a leader for pretty much the
whole world. What a great country this is where we can elect a president!
This election isn't like most presidential elections though because
see now there's a guy John McCain running on the republican side (the
elephant) and a Barack Obama (yea that's an African name) running on the
democratic side (the donkey).
Right away 2 things jump at out you. ! One..is...black??
This presidential race has broken many barriers and, I'm glad to say
Barack Obama has kept his eyes on the overall and yet not turned his
back on the issues that affect people of color. John McCain still hasn't
changed the old republican play book of lie lie lie some more, his views
of african, asian, latin, and middle eastern countries has shocked me to
see that people still support the same ideologies of war and ignorant
racism, although I respect his legacy of a war hero I don't think he has
what it take to unite a badly hurt nation and world.
As much as it hurts for me to say America does own the world and does
have an obligation to solve a lot of the problems that plague the world
because they indirectly affect America. I truest someone like Obama to
this task not because he is of African decent but because he was not
forced feed the racists views of the upper whites , and received a
rainbow of education from life as a mixed child growing up in a both
Muslim and Christian background while still affirming his beliefs and
knowing how life truly is a 3rd world country ,his civil work as a
community leader shows that he does want to fix the problem in the
ghettos that all presidents have only been able to add to.
People talk here and there about he doesn't have the experience enough
to be a leader but ...real talk though McCain spent 30 years as a white
guy in a suit sitting in a room with other white guys where he got
nothing of any importance done...our worst president of all time was
James Buchananspent 10 year in the senate 10 years in congress and 10
years in the house of representatives Whereas our best president every
Abraham Lincoln spent only one year as senator!!! And let’s not forget...
he was senator of Illinois just like Obama once all the politicking is done well see
in east Africa in the orthodox church Barack is translated to borokh
meaning blessed.

Judgment is ugly 1:33 AM
It hurts people. On the other hand you go on hurting them, and wounding, and on the other hand you want their love, their respect. It is impossible. You love them, respect them, and perhaps your love and respect may help them to change many of their weaknesses, many of their failures-because love will give them new energy, and a new meaning, a new strenght.
Judgement changes your perception on the world...Love makes physical changes in the world

-315,000,000 people in Africa survive on less than 1 US dollar per day. (Per capita income of the US is over $40,000. Average personal income is significantly less, but not so small that we can't spare a dollar a day.)
- 184,000,000 Africans (that is 33% of the entire continent) suffer from malnutrition.
- As recently as 2000, over 300,000,000 did not have access to safe drinking water.
- Average African life expectancy is 41 years old. (That is less than 66% of the most pessimistic life expectancy numbers for the average American.)
- 1 out of 6 African kids never make it past the age of 5.
- 50% of civilian causalities in African wars (and there are always multiple African wars going on at any given moment) are children under the age of 13.
- Of 1,000 Africans, statistically, only 200 have any electricity at all, only 15 have access to a telephone, and only 7 can use the internet.
- 3,000 children under the age of 5 die from malaria EVERYDAY in Africa -- that's over a million CHILDREN a year. (Only 8 people -- all together -- in the US died from malaria last year.)
- 12,000,000 children have lost their parents to AIDS.
- At least 25,000,000 people in Africa are HIV-positive.
There are plenty more facts like this. Educate yourself.
